Objective: To assess the role of Insulin growth factor-I (IGF-I) in females selected for assisted reproductive technique (ART).Methods: In this cross-sectional study 133 infertile females were recruited for Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).The antral follicle count (AFC), pre-ovulatory follicle count (PFC), total doses of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were estimated.
